I dont have the outlook anymore or the recuperation phone number

I have proof thats my account and i dont have the password or the phone number for reset password cause i change my phone number. I have it on my old xbox i have proof how do i get it back ?

I tried it and it just says

This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info is updated on 14/03/2022, you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.

On 12/02/2022, you requested your security info to be replaced.

And the phone number that it sent the code to i dont have access to anymore

I can't find anything, this is really frustrating.

Ok so I have the email address. But now yet another problem has come up. It wont let me sign in to said email address online. It keeps saying it has to text me a verification code but i dont have a phone anymore so the phone number there wont do anything
and there is no option to change it.
