I dont have sound with my USB headset

Hello, I'm using the Razer Kraken 7.1 Chroma, so we're in a similar set up.

Simply connect the headset to the PC and set it as the Audio Panel's default option in the Playback Devices and Recording Devices tabs.

Make sure Razer Synapse is up to date.

Now, after you begin streaming, you should be hearing AND transmitting audio. But there's a catch, while streaming, if you take the mouse to the top, you'll see an option to unmute the microphone, do so. If the mic doesn't work, go to Start Menu > Settings
> Privacy > Microphone and let the Xbox app use it.

If you can't still hear the game or chat audio, go to Razer Synapse > Mixer and make sure the Xbox App isn't somehow muted by Razer by default!

is there a place to plug a wired headset directly into the Xbox One and just get chat sound ( no game sound included)? for example, can I plug a USB headset directly into the console for chat only? The reason being, if there's a USB port that i can use
to get chat only, I've found a USB adapter that'll allow you to connect it to a Bluetooth headset. Hence, I can have a simple mono headset that gives me chat only and I can get surround sound from my surround set up without having to hear people through my
speakers or have people hear conversations that occurr in my family room between people. They also don't need to be assaulted by the vulgarity of gamers. I'm trying to replicate the Xbox 360 headset experience.

I dont see in 3d and have always needed sound to see and judge distances. Sounds odd, I'm sure, especially when it comes to gaming, but without a headset I cant even find my way around the maps. I dont have a great headset The tv speakers, or a single
ear headset just make me feel confused. I just need something with stereo. I dont even have to wear them on my ears. i can stick them on my head above my ears and what little sound and vibration I get from it makes me feel sober.

But I dont even think you'd need a headset to take advantage of sound in this game. Everything just sounds so clear and disticnct..... and I'm talking without using amplify.

I've discovered a roundabout solution; My TV happens to have a singular USB port, which allows me to plug in my headset and still get game sound. However, I would still like suggestions for a solution to the lack of game sound when the headset is used on
my Xbox.
