I dont have my profile in a 360 console

I got the 360 Bloodrayne Betrayal game to play at the XOne, but I dont have my profile on a console 360 console. With that I can not download the game on my XOne. The Backward Compatibility is a very nice feature, but it is limited to have a profile on a
360. Is there a way to change it and free up the direct use of the XOne? Thank you.

i have a question about transfering my profile from an old 360 hard drive to a new one because i have recovered my profile to a new console and have been using that as my original..but then i cant use youtube, anyways i want all my other games progress on
my new console and i dont want to lose my current saves and progress. so will transferring the same gamertag onto another console replace the existing one????

I fixed it.

Go to Xbox.com and find your security settings for your profile, then find "Xbox 360 Profile Protection" and set it to require the profile to redownload the profile every time you sign in (this will also sign you off of all 360 consoles you were previously signed into).

Since my 360 had been set up to automatically sign in, I'm thinking the Xbox One thought I was still signed in on my 360, and obviously you can't be signed in on multiple Xbox's on the same profile at the same time, so it flagged an error.

At least that's my guess. I also cleared my Xbox 360 local data and did a console restart.

Just follow those steps and it should hopefully be fixed.

Is your Bloodrayne: Betrayal a hard copy or did you have it digitally on the 360? If it is a hard copy, you can just insert the disc into the Xbox One console and it will proceed to install/download what is necessary. Hope this helps!
