I have the hall of fame madden 19 on my xbox but never got the items that come with it. what should i do?

You need to contact Xbox Support to know what happened to You, but check your payment and billing and see If the game is there or search for the game on Store and check If appears the message that You own the game.

I am having the same issue. I’ve spent more time troubleshooting the issue in contact with Xbox support and EA support than playing the game so far. Their only response is to be patient and that they are aware of the issue. They have let me know that they
should show up but no time line as to when.

I have removed it then put it back on im just not getting the packs that it gives idk why

Have you checked in the Ready to Install section of your My Games and Apps or clicked on Manage Game to see if there are pending updates for it?
