I don't have my friend's DLCS

so, I share my account with a friend, and he bought "Fallout G.O.T.Y" (which owns the game and all DLCS). and I bought the normal Fallout 4, and I don't know why I don't have my friend's DLCS, it doesn't appear in the game that I
have the DLCS.

Nope and..... Nope. I never buy games just because my friends have it, and I never buy DLC just because my friends have it. I don't have a sheep mentality, I have free will I am afraid.

It's proper lame that they've removed servers for those who don't have the DLC. When playing with friends who don't have the DLC, I rage so much more as the BS is so much more present.

I have people on my friends list that are playing right now, but I don't see the dlc anywhere on the xbox dashboard or in the black ops 2 add-ons. I don't see anything on the forums either. Why is this?
