i dont have my fortnite data on my pc

So, I recently switched to pc (today) and I made an epic games account. With this account I linked it to my xbox one, (which had all my skins, vbucks and data). But for some reason, when I load on Fortnite, my locker is empty and I have nothing, just the
plain epic account. Do I have to wait a certain time until its transferred or have I done it wrong or what? please someone help cos I want my skins Thanks.

This issue sometimes have to do with maybe the skin files not loading into the fortnite. It sometimes does take awhile though. If this gets any worse let me know

I cant redeem it on Fortnite on my xbox though, i do not have my xbox with me. I only have my pc, if i purchase v bucks from the microsoft store, will it show on my pc fortnite without having to do anything on my actual xbox.

I dont have an xbox but i logged into fortnite with my xbox account and still it dosent appear.
