Discus and support I dont have gold account but a recieve charges in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; i dont have any suscription and all the months they charges to my credit card the 9.99 and i dont know how to contac them, sorry foy mi english i dont...     problem with account need xbox to unsuspend me

    ok we have a problem xbox wants to charge my credit card for family gold but i dont want that any more an i aint payin it so what microsoft has to do is unsuspend my account and just charge me for 3 months thats 20 bux then reactivate my account with gold
    for 1 month then after that il get a 12 month card and everything will be ok or i may have to get my lawyer and sue microsoft for harrasssment of charges that i dont owe

    Can't buy gold for 1$

    Gold is a dollar and I have 6.57$ in my alt account and cant buy gold with out it sayin how would I like to pay the rest .and I say rest of what it trys to charge my credit card like 3 something but i say agin I have money on my account so y do I need a
    credit card it sound shady to have to put in my card number agin and it trys to charge my card i have the funds on my account it should work so y dont it

    Is there any chance that you do in fact have a current Gold subscription, but just never knew you had it? Or didn't authorise it?

    If you are able to play online multiplayer on any game then it means you do currently have an Xbox Live subscription. You can also check by visiting account.xbox.com whilst signed in to your Xbox Live Account and it will show you on the right-hand side under
    "Subscriptions" what you are currently signed up for. If that's the case and you do have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, then you simply need to go click on the "Billing" icon in the menu above your subscription panel and cancel your subscription.

    If however, it shows that you don't have an existing subscription but you are still receiving the monthly charges and they are definitely for Xbox Live Gold - then I suggest you contact Microsoft Official Support immediately and get them to look into the
    billing issue for you. You can contact them about this issue here:

  5. You need to contact Customer Service on the phone as they are the only ones who can deal with billing. Call 1-800-4MYXBOX.

    It's a free gold weekend for people this weekend so the OP would be able to access multiplayer features. Also, his gamertag is showing as Silver which means that he does not have a Gold membership.

    The OP should do as LoH suggests and contact phone support. 1-800-469-9269 in North America or click the link to arrange a call back.

    calls are very expensive, $15 by minute
