I don't have 'Exclusive deals and Features' on my Xbox live gold subscription

can anyone help please? My son has has his Xbox live gold subscription for 2 years now. Now he's a little older I don't mind him playing demos but we are unable to see anything on his Dashboard that allows him to download the monthly free games. He is able
to download trials and demos but we don't have the 'Exclusive deals and features' tab on the dashboard.

It is a full yearly subscription and I do have the family settings on. Can anyone help so we can download any any appropriate games that might be available?

Unfortunately
Gold sharing is a feature exclusive to the Xbox one. On a 360, each individual profile would have to have its own Gold Subscription.

Problem with Gold account on web based store

Hello, recently I have changed region on my account, and I have like 10 month left on my xbox gold live subscription. After transferring my account to another region (I have moved to another country), in the list of my active subscription the name of Xbox
Gold Live (prepaid 12 month card) was changed to "Xbox LIVE Subscription Transfer". After that when I am trying to browse gold deals on the web store, it says that I don't have Gold Live, and offering me to buy it, the same thing happening when I receiving
e-mails with deals. But on the console all services working properly. How can I fix that?

If he is running the latest version of the dashboard the guide that first opens when pressing the Xbox button on the controller has a link near the bottom of list (just above the pins) that will take the console to the correct page to download the games.

Multiplayer Gaming
Party Chat
Games with Gold
Exclusive discounts or deals
Home Gold

Of course, the servers and these features have to be maintained to give you the optimal experience as well. So a subscription is necessary to bring in revenue to do so.

The Party system is part of the service provided by an Xbox Live Gold subscription. If you don't want to pay for the service then you are not able to use the features provided by it.

You can look out for deals on subscriptions at retailers to get it at a cheaper cost if you want one.

It appears you currently don't have an Xbox Live Gold membership, which would explain why you're receiving that message. In order to access Xbox Live features you will an Xbox Live Gold subscription.

What about me? I renewed my live gold subscription just for this game and I'm getting this issue.
