I dont have enough info to reset my password...

Last year I migrated my account to microsoft and I used an old email I made 3 years ago to migrate it, I then stopped playing for a while and forgot the email. I just figured out the email now but the email is locked and asks me to reset the password. Everytime i go to reset it, it says to fill out a form and after I do that it says I dont have enough information. I have the old email I used pre migration and Im scared to lose the account since I put a countless amount of hours into it and It was my first minecraft account.

How exactly, what do you ask the operators, because i asked them if I could do that so I dont have to go through the hassel of resetting my password for the account i dont know the password for and they said they cannot do that but they can help manually
reset the password if I provide enough info. So that's what i've done and also what i'm still waiting on to find out if I it's going to work.
