Discus and support i dont have an option to upload a customised gamerpic in XBoX Games and Apps to solve the problem; Hi. I've seen a few people have a customized gamerpic.     i dont have an option to upload a customised gamerpic


    Hi. I've seen a few people have a customized gamerpic. I googled it to see how to upload one. I know how to do it now but when i tried it the option wasn't there for me, i can only use the standard ones. Does anyone know if its possible to do on the xbox one

    Gamer pic won't come up

    so whenever I try to upload my own gamer pic on my Xbox account /profile it won't let me upload it doesn't even give me the option to upload the gamerpic and I do have my Xbox updated to date so please help!!!Thanks !!!!

    Problem with gamerpic upload.

    I cannot upload a custom gamerpic. I was able to upload a gamerpic once before, a month or to ago but now I am now unable to, every time I try to upload one it says "Sorry, we cannot upload your picture. Try again in a little while." Even though my internet
    connection is fine, I have tried to change my gamerpic for multiple weeks. My account is not banned from editing my account, so I'm not sure what is wrong.

    Currently it's only available to those in the preview program. If you're not in the preview program, you can use the Xbox beta app through Windows 10 to upload custom pics.

    wait I have a windows 7 computer (which has died getting a new one atm) but I'm also on one s and I have seen a lot of my friends who have custom pictures but most aren't in preview. Again I'm on windows 7 and apple so how does it work for me?

    No, just by going into customise account>gamerpic>upload a custom image-basically through xbox.

    Cannot upload custom gamerpic 'there was a problem'

    I've tried from the console and from a web browser.

    The mobile and Windows 10 app only have change gamertag or change colour in the 'customise' menu, no change gamerpic option that I can see.
