I don't have an account. Why am I being charged?

With that price it sounds like a gamespass subscription. Maybe a free trial someone signed up to that wasnt cancelled?

If you have no microsoft accounts or emails at all just call them up and get them the check your card.

You can request a call from support, they can look up the card being charged. Is it possible had it on a child account or significant other?

When you go to Contact Us to get it to request a chat follow these steps:

• Step 1 ----select Xbox One
  
• Step 2 ----select see other options then subscription changes
  
• Step 3-----select show contact options
  
  Step 4 ----select request call from support
  

Once they call explain the issue and they will be able to help you. Note that these options regularly change so just keep selecting something that gives request a call from support as a contact option.

I'm sorry to hear that your card was used without your authorization to pay for something.

Not only that, but if these charges are for something in the Microsoft Store, I would like to ask if you are able to see these transactions in your Microsoft account order history.

However, if maybe those transactions are not under any of your Microsoft accounts, you can get a refund for the transactions by working with your bank and disputing the charges with them.
