You need to contact your bank immediately, and tell them to stop all payments to Microsoft, as someone has access to your bank account.

You would more than likely incur charges for that call or would not be able to reach the number at all. Please click the link I provided to arrange a call back as I cannot find a number for your region.

Is there any chance that you do in fact have a current Gold subscription, but just never knew you had it? Or didn't authorise it?

If you are able to play online multiplayer on any game then it means you do currently have an Xbox Live subscription. You can also check by visiting account.xbox.com whilst signed in to your Xbox Live Account and it will show you on the right-hand side under
"Subscriptions" what you are currently signed up for. If that's the case and you do have an Xbox Live Gold subscription, then you simply need to go click on the "Billing" icon in the menu above your subscription panel and cancel your subscription.

If however, it shows that you don't have an existing subscription but you are still receiving the monthly charges and they are definitely for Xbox Live Gold - then I suggest you contact Microsoft Official Support immediately and get them to look into the

It's a free gold weekend for people this weekend so the OP would be able to access multiplayer features. Also, his gamertag is showing as Silver which means that he does not have a Gold membership.
