    I don’t have all the settings on my series S


    Everything is telling me to go to my guide and then profile but I don’t have it.

    What exactly are you trying to do, and where did you find the steps?

    To access the settings on your console, press the Xbox guide button (the one that lights up and you can power your console on with it) on your controller, then select Profile & system > Settings > System. Refer to:

    If you can’t reach the settings because the system is slow or unresponsive, perform a hard reset by disconnecting the power cable for 10 seconds before reconnecting everything to completely reset the power supply, then try again.

    It’s not that I can’t reach setting because it’s slow I just don’t have the option to do it.

    I am very sorry for what you are happening according to the information you have provided, it seems that your Xbox Series S console is in children's mode.

    In children's mode, only the basic console options are shown, as start, play and friends.

    To access the complete configuration, you must deactivate the children's mode.

    To deactivate children's mode, follow these steps:

    Press the Xbox  button to open the guide.
    Select Profile and System> Configuration> Family and Security.

    In the "controls the parents", select "Infant Mode".

    Disable the "Active Infant Mode" option.

    Select "Save".

    Restart your console. To do this, turn off the console by holding the ignition button for about 10 seconds. Then turn the console again.

    Update your console software. To do this, go to Configuration> System> Updates and downloads. If there is an available update, select "download and install".

    Bought the Xbox series S bundle but never received the game

    Hello Pierce thank you for taking the time to answer my question but no everytime I go to settings > account I don’t see the included in this Xbox tab. I also always check my order history and see the Xbox Series S bundle with the game (Madden 23) but I still don’t have the game unfortunately
