I don't have access to the Xbox Insider Program Forum

First you have to get the app on your Xbox from the store. Then you apply for the program. Once a person is accepted, then access is granted to the Insider Forum.

You'll want to try posting in the support section of the forums to see if support can get you access.

Still don't have access to the Insider Program forum. Any reason why?

Hey, try a complete discharge of your headset and re-pair it to the console and transmitter. I had to do this with my 800x Elites. Disconnect the transmitter from the console and unplug the usb from the headset if you were charging it. Then, hold the
power button down to turn off the headset (if it was on) and then hold the mute mic button for 15 seconds. Re connect the transmitter to the console and then pair the headset again. That should get you rolling!

If this does not work, try searching for updates with the headset connected to the console after the headset is recognised as your accounts mic again.

I can understand how frustrating that is. Unfortunately as I mentioned earlier, we don't have access to that data and don't have any way to assist. I would keep on top of them and message them again to hopefully prompt an answer.
