i don't have access to the preview forums but i'm in the program, how dose one get ...

i have been a member for a while and always thought i was on the preview forums until i saw someone had said if im in the right place and it says group not found you not in the forums yet, and i finaly figured out yea i was in the right place i just obviouly
dont have accsess yet...... boy have i been missing out lol

Can't access Preview Forum

Hi, I've been inside the Xbox One preview program for a couple of weeks now and I still don't have access to the Preview forums. Is there something I have to do first before I get access even though I'm already enrolled in the preview program?

I can't seem to find and/or get into the preview forums either, and I'm trying to post a problem with the new Xbox Windows 10 experience.

 

yea i couldn't find any info on like how to get access someone just told me to "post" if it says "group not found" witch it dose so i wasn't sure where to post to but hopefully this is what they meant by post.

as Geoff mentioned above as soon as support spot this thread they will sort out your forum access.

Please be patient as there are quite a few of these requests to do at the mo!

and dose anyone know how long it would usuly take to even here an update on this like (hey we saw your post and we r working on it?)

 

It depends tbh,some people ha e posted and had access granted within an hour or two,some others have been a bit longer.they don't really give an update,they just reply when its done

 

ok yea i saw that some got fixed up like super fast i posted this last night, and its getting cole to the end of support hours... thats why i was wondering

 

Its worth noting support work from the oldest threads to the newest.

So bumping and asking about response time will actually delay response!

I've been having an issue with "Group not found" as well. I've been in the preview program for quite awhile. Just got the new Xbox One experience the other day and was hoping to check out the current issues.

 

I am also having the same issue with "group not found".
