Hi. My GT is . I am trying windows 10 and have accepted my invite to the preview program and, long after 72 hours, I have no access to the official xbox preview forum and my enrollment is still pending.

Xbox app dashboard preview problem

activated a code for the console dashboard preview but I can't access the preview forum. Additionally, I get an error code saying I can't join the preview as my console is registered to another account that I no longer have access to. Can someone help
me?

I had this same exact problem last night. You have to factory reset the console. It will run you through the setup again and this time the update should go through fully.

Sit tight and one of the support crew will be hear to give you access to those forums shortly. They work normal work hours, so can't always get to these posts straight away

The problem is the link doesnt work, i don't have access to the preview forums

For access to the preview forums, a member of official support will have to manually get you access after they verify that you are in the program. After they do, the link is:

forums.xbox.com/.../default.aspx

The support team works M-F, so it may be a couple days before you get access. They also work oldest to newest, so bumping your post may actually make it take longer.

Make sure you also report any issues via the Preview app on your console to make sure that the preview team has all the relevant data from your console.

Also, if you haven't already, try holding the Xbox logo to turn off the console, and unplugging it for 5 minutes.
