I don't have access to the phone number to verify my identity

Onlyiof you have a device that you have selected as a trusted device on your account you will be able to access that site without verification of the account

If that's not the case you will need to do the phone number change or add a email as a verification method, but you will need to wait the 30 days, is a safety protocol to avoid someone else gain access to your account

You would have to call Xbox Support to try to get it back. They can access info that no one here can. Plus they have to verify your identity. Are you in the US? Here's the US phone number if you are! (800) 469-9269

I've tried to reset my password, but I did have 2FA active with only my old phone number. I've also submit two different forms and both times i've got an email back saying they can't verify my ownership of the account when I've given all accurate information. Is there any other way to verify my identity without using my old phone number? I have absolutely no way of using that number anymore since the phone was broken. and I also can't transfer my favorite games to a new xbox account without either waiting a year, or losing all of my progress. What do I do?
