    I dont have access to my email anymore and my microsoft details have been changed.


    The error looks like this

    You can't access this site right now

    This site requires a security code to sign in. When your security info updates on 13/01/2021 you will be able to access this site. You can still access sites such as Outlook and Skype that don't require a security code.

    On 14/12/2020 you requested that your security info be replaced.

    I did not request this and now since I use a different email I cant get the security code.

    Forgot my Email and Password and dont have access to that email anymore :(

    A corrupted profile needs to be deleted and redownloaded, and that needs your email and password.

    Can I refund a game because my account was hacked?

    I dont have access to mmy microsoft account anymore, meaning if i am prompted to login i wont be able to but luckily I still have access to my xbox account. I have tried recovering my account before but I was never able to get it back, that is except for the first time. I was able to get it back the first time I used that link to recover, but somehow the hacker was still able to change my account details. It's probably because they have changed my account email id, which I did try to change but they said me to wait for 30 days until I could change it. Before I knew, he had already changed it before I couldve and my account was forever gone now.

    I reallyt dont understand why i can not be allowed to access my account when i have the credit card details and the cosole ID number and all of the other releavant details, i have my email address and my login password and for no apparent reason , microsoft has locked me out for suspicous activity , and the only way i can get back in is by accessing my email account, but as i have stated , this account has been cancelled as its an old email i signed up with years ago.

    I do not understand why there is no way to access my account that i pay the monthly bill for ?

    it would seem the only recourse you are giving me is to cancel my microsoft accounts through my bank.

    Is this what you are telling me to do ??????
