I downloaded all my available xbox 360 games to my One and now I can't connect to my profile to be able to play them. It says "profile was not fully downloaded" which makes no sense. Plus I had a problem in the past with not being able to download my profile
when I just got my One. Need assistance because Xbox should have solved this a long time ago when I contacted them....thank you

Witcher 2 on xbox1

Hoping for some help.

I have the physical disc for Witcher 2 which I want to play on my Xbox1.

I have completed the backwarded download and the game is loaded and should be working.

But when I try to start the game it keeps asking me to log in with my profile.

My xbox1 profile is already signed in, I then download the profile to the game but it says 'Your profile was not completely downloaded. Please download it again from Xbox Live'.

I have tried restarting, updating my profile, changing image, turning myself as 'not online' etc.

Can anyone suggest anything to assist please.

Can't play Dark Souls on my Xbox One - Cloud Saved Games

I just downloaded Dark Souls on my Xbox One and it's not allowing me to play without the game not saving my progress. When I select the storage device for the game saves, I choose the only one available, Cloud Storage, and it gives me an error. "Items
on another Xbox are waiting to be uploaded for this game or app. To use cloud storage, sign in to the Xbox you last played on and upload the items to the cloud."

I don't have an Xbox 360 anymore and I have no way to access that data.

I had this happen to me awhile ago -- you can just download your profile again and it should correct the issue.

My Xbox prompts me to download a update when I turn it on. It begins the update and suddenly stops. It then tells me that I don't have enough memory. When I go to delete some info. my profiles are gone and the download profile says I haven't formatted my
memory. I don't want to start over is there anything I can do? I have no problem deleting some of my stuff but I cant access it.

i do not have access to live as I dont have a profile(i believe wgich is the same as my gamertag) I have neither right now. I ran the test connection and everything is fine. When I try to download my profile i get the message telling me profiles can not
be downloaded right now. Weird

Edit: When i click create new profile it tells me that i don't have a memory unit or a usb storage device. When i click download profile it tells me that i must have an xbox 360 storage device. Is this really all from not having the adapter?

I'm , an XBOX ambassador. While I am not able to restore your content, my only suggestion would be to see if any of your content is accessible on the cloud saves. If they are there, you are in luck. If not, I'm sorry, but I don't know what to
tell you. I accidentally deleted some saves once and know how much of a pain it is. I had just bought a new HDD and didn't have the cable to transfer my saves. I was downloading my profile back and forth between the two HDDs. Once when I went to delete
the profile, I accidentally selected the Delete Profile and all items. I lost all my saves with hundreds of hours of saves. I understand your frustration, believe me.
