    Hi I registered my xbox on Microsoft and everything but mine does not have a more actoins. I can't reset my password. I did everything the video told me that you guys send me please can you help?

    I registered it to my moms Microsoft and I went to the site that the guy on the video told me to do and it showed it should have a more actoins button but mine does not have such a button. I don't know if it is to do with my xbox360 being out of warranty.
    I am supposed to reset the password on the more actoins
