    Ok, so I get this email, now 13 days ago, thanking me for my interest on free trail. Then, yesterday, I realized that Zune took money out of my account. I've never confirmed the free trail and further more tomorrow would be day 14 of the 14 day free trail.
    My question is why was money taken out of my account before the free trail was up and also...I never signed up to begin with. I've looked all over Zune site and tried to find some number or email to talk to someone with no luck. I would like my money back!
    Who do I talk to? I don't want this service!!!

    only way i can play games online such as ncaa 13 is to get a gold membership or a free trail out of a new game if the new game comes with a free trail pass? im use to ps3 where online is free

    gold live sharing with family

    If you purchased the Live Gold Trial, then Not all of the features of live are available with the Trail. I don't think you get the free games and I don't believe you get game sharing either.

    Once you get the Full version of Gold then you will have access to those features.
