I don't get Xbox Live rewards

Hello togehter!

I've got a problem: Although I spended some money for a game and a movie for the new mission in March, I dont' see any progress at "my missions".

I'm very angry about that, because without rewards I wouldn't have spend this money!

ps please excuse my mistakes: I'm not used to writhing english anymore.

Why don't I get Xbox rewards?

I am already a member for quite some time of xbox live rewards.

Since the moment I became member I have bought several things in the xbox store.

Although I am aware that the things I bought were not part of any reward program, under mymissions I see that for (every?) purchase I should receive 1250 points.

In the past I did not receive any points and yesterday I did a purchase again and I am expecting not to receive points again...

So what's up with this? I believe I am entitled to receive points.

 

Xbox Rewards - I Don't get any points

I need a little help from the staff of Xbox. I start at the program "Xbox Rewards" last month.

However, in April I bought somes games and I did a pre-order of Sniper Ghost Warrior 3.

You guys say when someone does a pre-order they get 15000 points. My account don't even get any points of any games I bought and the pre-order.

How can you guys can fix it? I have the e-mails of the games I bought, if needed.

I will wait for your help as soon as possible.
