I dont get the items that i purchase

I have a problem with my Paypal-Acc since the last Xbox Update on Xbox One i cant buy gems in smite with my paypal the money is away but i dont get my purchased items. Have anyone an idea what the issue is?

Re-purchase an item that I already bought

I have had the City Texture Pack since Minecraft Xbox 360. It transferred to Xbox One. Now the Minecraft Better Together update wants me to rebuy the City Texture Pack. I don't have the money to rebuy it. I heard that if I contacted Mojang they would provide
me a code to download it. Is this true? I bought your coins and got a skin pack to try to get more coins. Thanks for Reading. Have a nice day!

To make sure we're on the same page money is being taken but you are not receiving your items, did I get it right? Have you also contacted xbox chat support to confirm if your charges are reflecting on their end?

If it shows there that money is being taken and you are not receiving your items for days. It means there is a possible problem with the game.

Take a screen shot of your transactions and create a ticket for smite so that they can credit your content.

Yeah i create a ticket before and i get the gems from 2 weeks but i dont get the gems but they say the problem is fixed

 

I have the same problem.. not only with Paypal but with Microsoft points as well.

Is your problem solved? if it's solved, how did you do it?

i tried to contact XBOX Support but the only option was Twitter, and that was useless...

I contacted Hirez and got this message from them:

"Hello,

Please try this:

Login to Smite on your Xbox and go to the redeem a code section. Enter a random code and press submit.

This should unlock your Gem purchase but let us know if this did not work.
