I dont get my 10750points curency even if 15th passed

I have 10.750rewards points. I should get i guess 10$ in my account on this months 15th, but nothing. So i contant de xbox suport and thsy said that my g-tag is not registred. Then i double cheek and i am, for 2 years registred with my g-tag. So whats wrong?

I can see that on the rewards site i can see my very old gamerpicture from the xbox 360 and not my actual from xbox one. Can somebody help? Also the option for getting the curency whenever you want as long as you got 1000points is not here. Help! Thanks!

hi my question is I've had 30,000 plus Xbox Live reward points in my account since roughly the end of April . April 30th and May 15th have came by and went and I haven't got my points money deposited I was under the impression that if you had 5000 they get
deposited on the 15th or 30th and both days have passed does anyone know when I will get my points thank you

I purchased a great white shark card from gta5 on june 29th and I was supposed to get 6.4 million dollors of game curency but never recieved it. Can you please help me figure out my curency because I believe there was a promotion at that time of purchase
for my extra bonus.

 

The request deposit button is only available when you have at least 1,000 credits pending, but less than 5,000. It's just so you can have credits deposited before needing to have 5,000 pending first. Once you reach 5,000, they are automatically scheduled
to be deposited by the following 15th or 30th of the month. So if you get to 5,000 between the 1st and 15th, they are deposited by the 30th. If you get to 5,000 between the 15th and 30th, they are deposited by the 15th of the next month.

 

I get my 10.000 points on february 26. So when i should get the deposit?

Your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your British Rewards Account region and your US Microsoft Account region. When you register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time
of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional
currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours.

While you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date
from the MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still
being created. If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.
