I don't get it

1. I signed an account on xbox.com.

2. I activated code for "xbox pass" 30 days.

3. When I open "xbox pass" games, I see there Sea of Theives - avalible for free with xbox pass.

4. I click on "try for free with xbox pass".

5. I've being automatically redirected to buy page.

What? No matteh how many time I did that, two pages are linked together forever.

Click "try with xbox pass" > redirected to buy page

Click on buy page "get xbox pass" > redirected to previos page

I just don't get it....

I had a hardware problem so needed to bring back my xbox and get a new one. When I got home I went to sign in and forgot the email connected to the account. I wrote a ticket to find out the email.

When I signed in it made me change the domain from @live.ca to something else..When I did this it asked for the 4 digit code sent to the email.

When I tried to sign into the email is stated that Microsoft sent a verification email to the same account I needed to verify. This is the same thing as locking the key to a lock box in the very lock box the key unlocks.

So I went back and opened another ticket where he made me change my primary alias to something else and then told me that it will take 30 days before my account is up and running again.

So from my understanding I can't play my new xbox and games for a month. In the same time I am going to lose a month of the live that I payed for. All of this because they send verification emails to the account they you need to verify..I also asked if they
could send the 4 digit code to my phone that is set on the account as well. Apparently, they cant do that and I have to wait 30 days for my account to activate for security purposes....its not like I didn't know my email password..

So I wonder if there is anythings that can be done..because I feel like I have been horribly wronged and if I had my time back, or the chance to get my money back I would never look back at xbox for the rest of my life. I regret everything.

 

I don't get it (new maps)

Unfortunately, it sounds like you need to buy the other map pack. I'm not even bothering with Halo: Reach map packs because I'm not paying to play one map over, and over, and over, and over again due to the broken matchmaking system.

 

I did this too and talked with Customer Support. They said you can't play on PC with Game Pass. Even though a Sea of Thieves ad pops up at my Windows 10 start button for the Microsoft Store, and clearly says "Play Free with Game Pass" with $59.99 crossed
out. Why would this pop up on my Windows 10 PC when you can't play on PC with Game Pass? It's very misleading. Plus, now that I've activated my two-week trial on Game Pass, it's going to be wasted. They can't pause it ... I asked.
