I don't even know where to begin.

So right before this new update I started having connection issues. particularly while trying to play Halo 5, came here to the forums and got answers to my questions and thought the problem was solved but unfortunately it wasn't. this new update came
out and my xb1 went ballistic, I couldn't connect to the internet at all. its not my router. I can still play my 360 and join my network on every other device in my house simultaneously if i wanted to i have 75mbs..

However I was able to sort out my internet problems only to come back to an xbox that wont hold an xbox live connection.(came to the forum found out the solution) not only that it has decided to take it upon itself to update ALL of my games and apps..
yes ALL. (ive even done an offline update) I have just spent $116 on Tom Clancys The division gold edition, and I still haven't been able to play it, it surprisingly installed in under thirty min and now its updating and STILL downloading all of the additional
content that came with it. almost everything is sitting at around 30-60% and most of the time nothing will be downloading and it continuously says installation stopped even if everything has stopped and nothing is downloading... someone please help me. i am
a die hard xbox fan and always have been. i experienced a lot of problems with my 360 and was always able to solve them myself but this is absolutely absurd. i will have it repaired if need be but their has got to be something i can do to try and fix this
myself without having to send it in. i know this is long and if you have taken your time to read this i want to thank you, and if you have the solution to this massive problem then you deserve a medal or a hug or something. thanks all.

p.s. I have a 2Tb My Passport X external hard drive. I don't know if that'll help or not.

everyone says "its not my router" ...but lots of times , it is ....some just don't work well with xbox one for whatever reason...Arris , Technicolor , and Superhubs are the most notorious....list your modem and router and we'll check if its on the "naughty"
list...
