I done multiple purchases within the past week however no points were added to my account.

I purchase multiple games thru my xbox but no points have been added to my account. I purchases Just Cause 3 and Metal Gears Solid 5 for a total of $35. I believe this should equal at 3500 pending points but I don't receive a message for pending either.

How can my points be adjusted to reflect this?

Microsoft Reward points are not being deposited

I received an email saying my Reward points for my digital purchases were added to my account. However, I don't see any change in my points listed. What could the issue be?

Purchasing Issues

Odd question, and you've probably already tried it, but is your billing information correct when you look at it on your console?

I know in the past we would be able to add points to an account, but the billing information wasn't added/correct in the account and that stopped us from being a able to Rent/Purchase items within Zune. Once we added the information we were able to use
Zune without issue.

Settings > Account > Your Information > Billing Information

It doesn't always add the points straight away.Just keep checking & they should appear eventually.

I was able to get on billing and the only points added were the ones I purchased and the free msp from Gears of War point cards.

Xbox live subscription 27/03/2012 expires 01/04/2013 and the reason for this subscription was the extra points incentive.

Also, I check my email accounts regularly, which I receive only about a dozen emails a week and there was never any mention of Xbox adding points to my account or code. The only emails from Xbox I’ve seen are subscription to gold, expire of gold, 1400 msp
added and 2800 msp added.

I downloaded my beta profile to a friends console and added then redeemed microsoft points to my account. Then I tried to make purchase and it says my microsoft point balance is at zero as if the points were never added in the first place. I tried to redeem
the card again and it says this card has already been used.
