i don t understand my ban

hello i m coming here because i don t understand my banissement.

i had a problem with a glitcher in call of duty multiplayerso i talk hard with him, i m ok with this, but i was banned 2 weeks of xbox live for this i m opk.

but now i see i m banned of xbox live communications for october of this year, i m totally done just for one discussion with one guy, i pay my xbox live its not normal a big punishements for this, please help me and i promise it was my last time

After reviewing your account, it appears that you are currently being affected by a known database issue which is interfering with the information on your account. What is happening is that your billable account information is being incorrectly communicated

Microsoft points were discontinued in 2013. The program now gives rewards credits which are deposited into your account as currency. In order to receive credits, your purchases either have to be eligible for a specific offer on the site at the time, or you
need at least 1 star level in order to receive VIP rebates. All offers for earning credits are listed on the Missions page of the rewards site.

 

Why is it not normal?

Just because you pay for live does not make you exempt from the rules.

The length of a suspension depends on whether it's your first offence or not & on the severity of the offence.

It's exactly the same for everyone.

If you wan to appeal your suspension then you need to go to the enforcement site
here & file for a case review.

 

This is no different the paying for a driver license and getting a ticket for violating the rules. You can have your driver license suspended your car seized for violating the rules like road rage and you road raging back, you get caught you'll pay the
consequences.
