Discus and support I do you tell if you are in the insider preview program in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; It says joined in the insider hub app but I am not seeing any update for the blu ray app that is allowing direct bitstream....     It says joined in the insider hub app but I am not seeing any update for the blu ray app that is allowing direct bitstream.

    preview update 9/8/2017

    It clearly tells you when you sign up to the Insider program that you are testing updates & issues may happen.

    If you want to leave the Insider program then you need to unenroll via the Insider app.

    The Insider program is nothing to do with support so they are limited in what advice they can give which is why there's a Insider forum

    Hello, thee updates are because you are in the preview program. you have to open the insider hub and unsubscribe from the preview program.

    There are no quests that are showing up right now but I did take like 2 surveys and a poll

    There are no quests that are showing up right now but I did take like 2 surveys and a poll

    No i'm not a member of the preview program and never was, and what do you mean by "switched ring" ?
    If you are in preview program, there is various "ring" inside the program, but don't worry about it, you are not a member so this is irrilevant.

    You can unregister your console via the Insider app
    I did but when I call Xbox support they tell me that my account is still in

    preview program but my Xbox isn't so they said to unroll my account out of preview program
