Still no access to 2013 Beta

Also, did you receive the beta update? If not, and you do not have the beta tab, you may have not been selected to be apart of the program.

Not Beta tester yet tested beta

I spoke to your chat team over this and this is where they said to post.

I have a roommate and a partner each with an xbox 360 console and each there own gamertag.

Roomate: Rakaka93

Signed up for beta (after I told him about it)

Received beta updates

Has now got BETA tester account.

Partner: Turtledove88

Did NOT sign up for beta (didn't trust it)

Did NOT receive beta updates

Does NOT have Beta testers account

ME:

Signed up for beta (First and I jumped on it)

Received beta updates

Does NOT have beta testers account

My problem is simple...I did the beta updates I want the Beta Tester account. Why didn't my account become a beta testers account?

If not wanting to participate in the preview program anymore you can use the preview dashboard app to unenroll yourself from the program.

Just start the app, go to registrations and change the status of your console there.

Please be aware that your unenrolling will be pending until the current wave gets public as you cannot be released during a rolling wave. So once the October preview is rolled out finally you will then be unenrolled from the preview program.

Mw x ADMIN, No one receives the beta update as a mistake. Beta users are given access to the beta forum as often as possible.

scotsman222, if you're in the beta, you'll want to use those forums. If you don't have access to those forums, you will soon.

Ok your OS Version is the current BETA one. Please post anything BETA related in the BETA Forums. (Link in my 1st Post).

As for this specific Issue it´s a well known BETA Problem. I experience this by myself. But that`s the Deal for beeing in Previews / BETA like this. All we can do is Report and let them know. I´m sure they are investigating and working on a fix.

If you don`t want to receive future BETA updates run the Registration App again and choose Unregister.
