I do not understand why I am on "avoid me"

I've seen you in OverWatch. I've never been on "avoid me" until I started playing OW. I have ONE report on this profile. Was on "needs work" yesterday so I made sure to play nothing but meta heroes in ranked, avoided sending messages, and stayed out of
team chat. Turned my xbox on this morning and I'm on avoid me. The system is flawed.

well two things lol you are reading two completely unrelated things

One when you go to enforcement.xbox.com that first page has to do with enforcement issues

Nothing to do with reputation and FYI rep isn't a enforcement issue it's an issue with your behaviour

That's why you cannot file a case review

It's not how you see your rep.it is how the community sees your behaviour just like in real life noone can fix your reputation. But you

Though you can find some tips on how to fix your rep

Mostly don't brag too much or annoy people communication wise or acts in game

And communicate with your team

Remember it's not just you in the game

The rep part of the enforcement site can help you figure out which areas you have to work on like unsportsmanlike behaviour which can be bragging too much or calling the other team a bad name or just plain bring a jerk in game to your own team

Etc etc etc depending on the reports filed of course

Until it's fixed you can play startrek Online or never winter or any non matchmaking game or open party system or 4player Games where your party invites you

It takes a long time assuming you don't get further reports

The only way to improve your reputation is to keep playing multiplayer matches with people
without getting reported for any reason. There are no exceptions.
