    I do not see a date or link to request a deposit of my pending reward credits. Its past the 15th, any help would be appreciated! Thanks in advance!

    We do not see any reference to 5000 Credits in your account. Regarding your 1500 Credits currently pending, your deposit is being prevented due to a mismatch between your Spanish Rewards Account region and your Mexican Microsoft Account region. When you
    register into the Rewards program, we create a Rewards account based on your Microsoft Account region at the time of registration. Since your Rewards Account is a separate entity from your Microsoft Account, migrating your Microsoft Account region will not
    also change your Rewards Account region. Therefore, when your Rewards Account attempts a deposit in one regional currency, it cannot complete when your Microsoft Account is of a differing currency.

    However, this issue can be fixed by heading over to the Microsoft Commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com) to update your Microsoft account to match your Xbox Live Rewards location. Another option if
    you wish to continue with Rewards in your current Xbox Live region is to opt out of the program at (https://rewards.xbox.com/optout/), wait 48 hours and then sign back up again, which can also take 48 hours. While
    you will lose your progress by starting a brand new account, you can start earning Rewards Credits that will successfully reward your newly registered regional currency. To confirm that you have re-registered correctly, you can check your join date from the
    MyRewards page at (Xbox Live Rewards). If your join date shows a specific date, then your account has successfully been re-registered. If you see “???” then your account is still being created.
    If you open a new post after being able to log in to your new Rewards account, you can request any pending deposits from your old account to your new one.

    Since you only claimed these prizes on the sixth this month, they would be a part of the end of month deposit. From the FAQ on Vault Credits:

    I claimed Rewards Credits from the vault. When will I receive them?

    If you claim Rewards Credits from the MyVIP Vault, they should appear as pending in your account within 96 hours. Once they are pending in your account, the normal deposit process kicks in. Generally if you have over 5,000 Rewards Credits pending in your
    account in the first half of any given month, that amount will be converted to your local currency and deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 30th of that same month. If the Credits show as pending in the second half of the month, that amount
    will be deposited into your Microsoft account on or around the 15th of the next month.


    Please note you need at least 5,000 Rewards Credits pending to automatically trigger a deposit, though you can request a deposit for the next scheduled date as long as you have 1,000 Credits pending. Also, if you have ongoing issues with us depositing
    into your account, such as your account not matching up with your billing location, you might want to consider choosing a different prize from the vault, as we won’t be able to deliver your Rewards Credits until the deposit issue is resolved.


    Also, as mentioned in the FAQ entry, we automatically schedule you for a deposit at 5,000 or more pending Credits. Since the Request Deposit button is for requesting a deposit before this automatic amount, the button has been removed, since you already have
    been scheduled for a deposit.

    They would have been deposited on that date. You can verify deposits at
    http://commerce.microsoft.com
    Rewards deposits will be listed as a digital return.

    Rewards Deposit did not show up in my MS account

    Double check your transactions after that date to see if the credits were already used. Rewards deposits are listed as a refund so it is showing your credits were deposited. Once your credits are deposited, the Rewards program is no longer able to do anything
    with the credits. If you're still not seeing anything that could have used the currency, or still having issues using the currency, you would need to contact Xbox support and speak to billing again.

    We do not handle Microsoft Points. If you are referring to any Microsoft Rewards activity, that is completely separate from Xbox Live Rewards. You would need to reach out to their support team via the Microsoft Rewards website for more assistance.

    Regarding any Xbox Live Rewards Credits, we see deposits of 1000 and 6750 on January 10th and December 27th. You can see a complete history of your Credit and deposit events from the MyStatement on the MyRewards page. You can then use the dates listed for
    your deposits to see their deposit as currency from your commerce page at (https://commerce.microsoft.com/), where they will be listed as a refund with a negative amount.
