    Hello,

    Today I obtained one month gold trial via web-site.

    On microsoft account page in Services & Subscription I can see the Xbox Live subscription:

    Xbox Live - subscription Xbox Live Gold - renews on 1/11/2016

    But on my xbox one console, when I check account -> subscriptions -> I cannot see it - I just see "learn about Xbox live gold" and I can just purchase 1,6,12 months memberships.

    I also cannot get current Gold games for free.

    On console, I have only one account, and the console is set to home console, location is "Slovakia"

    i just subscribed to XBOX LIVE GOLD MEMBERSHIP 1 month trial. On Pc in my microsft account i can see my subscription but not on console.

    Go to http://account.live.com and log in with the same credentials you use to log into your Xbox account and check if your subscription is listed there. If not contact the support by phone.

    Ok, sounds like the profile is not totally synchronized for some reason.

    I'd suggest delete your profile from your One and then configure it again, so all your data can be downloaded again. As all your savegames are stored in the cloud there will be no data loss for you.

    But to clarify: do not set up a new profile, just have yours deleted and then reconfigured.

    As you tried all possible steps to resolve that issue I would recommend that you phone the official support team on that issue. Tell them what you have already tried to resolve that issue and that you need further assistance.

    At least one good thing, as your subscription appears on your account page, it is definitely not lost.

  10. I contact support via chat, they told me that my account has two currency following a change of area. was redirected me to another department who will contact me within 5 days future.
