How do I customize my profile?

How do I customize 'xboxoneforums' profile? When I click on customize button, a pop down menu appears but its empty. I want to upload my avatar.

In the top navigational panel, hit forum actions and the go to edit profile.

Thanks for reaching out to the forums. We understand you have a question on content removed. Unfortunately, there is no way of seeing this. If it wasn't put in the email you received from enforcement. There could be many reasons why something was removed.
Most common is copyright issues or one of the many reasons posted in the emails. As there is nothing more we can do here on the forums. I will be locking this thread.

Thanks for the update Julius! My apologies if it is still not working, yes please! If you have other connection such as mobile data to use much better to see whether it is just a connection issue as there are instances where our internet provider might block some specific websites, etc.

With regards to your concern, I am seeing others reporting the same problem and I also experienced it yesterday but it seems to be working on my end now.

No report posted on the Xbox live server page https://support.xbox.com/en-US/xbox-live-status yet.

Have you somehow tried using a different browser or device to access your settings? You can try accessing it here https://account.xbox.com/en-us/settings in case the same issue persist on this link, try to access your account first by signing in at https://account.microsoft.com page.

Once you are done signing in, go to https://account.xbox.com/en-us/Settings/Home next and click the "Privacy & online safety" to see if it will load for you.
