i do not remember my password of family settings

I dont remember my family settings password and i wanna to change my settings. How i can take password off/change it? Need help

Hey Canine! First, there is no factory-set password for family settings. If you don't remember this passcode and don't remember the secret question, you'd need to contact phone support to have them assist you. You will need to prove ownership of the parent
account and/or console to do this. Thanks!

You'll likely need to reset all parental settings on the console if you don't remember the passcodes and the security question.

You will need to change the family settings because it is not stored in the memory it is stored in the Xbox it's self if you do not remember the recovery password or the 4 digit pass code you will need to contact Xbox support and they will help you reset
the console.

In order for you to access live you would have had to create an email address and password to connect to your gamertag. That is the information you need.
