    how do i recover my family settings passcode???

    I set up my family settings pass code for my nephew, who was using my profile on another console. Now hes done using it, and iI can't remember the dang password. So iI tried to reset pass code, and I can't remember the answer to the ppass code question either.
    Anything I can do to reset??

    You'll likely need to reset all parental settings on the console if you don't remember the passcodes and the security question.

    This is only achieved by contacting Xbox Support (chat or phone call). They will walk you through with what to do.
