5 days ago A friend recommended me in the "Recommend friends, earn rewards" offer and the email has not arrived yet. I would like to know what happens. I hope and help me.

Email is correct in profile, but never receive emails regarding rewards.

Changed email address 9 months ago and do not receive emails regarding my account. I have confirmed my email is correct.

We use the billing email for your account to send emails. You can see this information by going to the commerce page at (https://account.microsoft.com/), selecting "Edit your billing info", and then checking your
billing email from that screen. Is the email displayed there the same email that you are checking?
