I do not know why my console is banned.

HELLO Need help.

My name is Micah.

I bought it at the end of 2017 a xbox one person, with the number of Sn 182057544248
On the day I bought it I did all the testing with the xbox, it was working perfectly, logged in with my account and played.
In the latter update, the network service dropped and stopped connecting wi-fi I called the Microsoft ,
I did all the procedures and it worked again, but when I went in to play, I could not enter the error appeared 0x80a40019,
I'm back, called Microsoft, and discovered that my console had been banned from the live.
But I've never played live online, i never shared an account or bought a pirated account.
I called several times to help me and on Microsoft, no ban appears in my account and console , the number is clear my account is good.

I do not know why my console is banned.
Please help me tidy up my console.

As stated in your previous post, you can find information about console bans here - Xbox Enforcement | How Do I There is no way to have a console ban
lifted. You would need to try contacting the person you bought it from for a refund.

I was told when I called xbox that they have proof on all of it or your box wouldn't have been banned. And I was told that I could get proof. So don't let them tell you that they can't tell you because they can and should.
