I do not have Online safety & family Message safety .

Unfortunately at the moment there is no way to do this on PC, it needs to be configured on Xbox first mate:

It's a filter, you can Highlight the message and view it's just a warning sometimes you can change it in family settings and account settings as well.

You won't be notified if your reports results in a ban. The enforcement team do look at reports and issue suspensions/bans, but it may take longer for some reports to actioned that others.

Anything that contains expletives, or uses sexual and racial harassment will always have action taken. You just need to be patient.

If someone sends you a message that breaks the Xbox Live ToS, all that is required of you is to report and block. Do not respond to these messages.
