I do not have back my xbox series S controller

Hello, I'm Sergio Mass and live in Mexico.

I have a problem with the repair area. In january 1st I had a problem with my controller, the right stick started to moved by its own all time and I claimed the guaranty.In that moment i only had 1 month with mi Xbox series "s".

The january 4th I send the controller to the repair area and they send me back an email , they told me "We are going to send back your controller tomorrow, it takes arround 10 or 12 days to arrive"

I wait more than 10 or 12 days to arrive and I didn't have any solution to my problem. They always tell me "Sir, you have to wait 3 or 5 days more, we need to investigate whats is goin on"

The last time a talked to the customer service (yesterday), they told me "You had better wait 10 days more".

I'm really angry and bored with that problem and I hope you can help me.

You gotta remember we are in the middle of the pandemic shipping is delayed especially with the situation in Canada and us (look up freedom convoy)

You have quarantine and inspections and labor shortages

There are stuff sitting on the dock for 3 months and the businesses are paying storage fees while they wait for room in inspection because the inspectors are too busy and on top of that they have to ship to another wearhouse just for the inspection

You gotta remember when they quote those estjmates are during normal times this isn't normal times

I'm still waiting for a throttle and my bike is at the shop for 7months and counting

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

I had the same problem but I sent a series s controller and I got a one s controller in return, and the series s controller I sent came with my Xbox, brand new

I have an Xbox 1 s and a wired headset but my controller is a series s controller. I have tried with a different controller which is an Xbox 1 controller and it fixed the problem. However that isn’t my controller so I still have the same problem.

Xbox Series S controller freezes and disconnects but the light on the controller stays on,
The problem happened to me a lot and the batteries are new, and i did power cycle, The device and the control were updated

my device xbox Series s, i got it two days ago
