    Locked: Why did i get banned?

    My account UsL x AquaMan got banned i dont know why? It got banned about a week ago.

    I cant check my E-mail because i made the e-mail on xbox not on yahoo or anything so i cant log on live.com...

    Can an admin/mod help me out or someone?

    Hey FadingPie359590! There is only one gamertag allowed per Microsoft Account. To clarify, are you seeing an incorrect gamertag when signing in to your email? Post back and let me know!

    How do I change the parental email address associated with a child account?

    I'm having a similar problem. The e-mail that my parents used for the parental controls stuff no longer exists and my parents and I do not know the password so we can change my account to an adult one. Whenever we try to recover the password it sends it
    to the e-mail that doesn't exist anymore, the security question doesn't work, and the customer support function went around in a circle and told me to recover it via sending an e-mail to the nonexistent e-mail account. Some help would really be appreciated.

    Once again, I appreciate your commenting on this as hopefully it will catch the attention of an Xbox Support official.

    The problem is not with my e-mail provider. It is with Xbox Live. My e-mail provider can do nothing about someone else using my e-mail address on Xbox Live. It is really up to Microsoft to do something about it.

    My main account xSSKxSc0pez was suspended until June 7 for cheating. It was suspended on both my xbox one and my dads xbox 360. I was suspended most likely because my dad got into a hacked lobby on cod black ops 2 on his xbox 360. I need someone to help
