Good evening enforcement team, I do have some issues with the games on the console and to solve the issue I have to change the gamer tag. Please assist me on this, thank you.

the problem solving issue ea gave me will take to much time, very time consuming can take up to a month!

now the issue is, i have two gamer tags on my console my brothers and mine, yet my brothers works fine when i play on my account for fifa 14, pro clubs matches etc how ever on my account it just kicks me straight to the dashboard and the issue solving ea have
came up with is to time consuming and they are ignorant in contacting back now i feel where everything works fine on my brothers account, maybe a whole new gamertag would be an good idea? but like transfer everything meaning licenses/games i have on my active
account now even the 12 month gold membership and create an new account? i feel this may work?

Unfortunately there is no way to transfer the license of anything to another account. The enforcement team do no read these forums you will have to go to where they check which is:

But most likely they will not be able to help you.
