Discus and support I do apologies if this isn't the right forum for (change payment options) in XBoX on Consoles to solve the problem; I just notice today that i'm unable to click the microsoft account to use microsft currency which the microsoft points use to be on xbox.com....     I just notice today that i'm unable to click the microsoft account to use microsft currency which the microsoft points use to be on xbox.com.

    Hey there AB! Apologies that you're getting that error message. If you would like to remove a payment option from your account, click here (support.xbox.com/.../remove-xbox-live-payment-option)
    If you would like to change a payment option, follow these steps (support.xbox.com/.../change-xbox-live-payment-option) and if you would
    like to add a payment option, click here (support.xbox.com/.../add-xbox-live-payment-option) I hope those links helped out. Post back to let

    Gold Membership Problem ... PLEASE HELP!

    This is most likely an issue with automatic renewal and/or the credit card tied to your gamertag.
    Here's a link for a tutorial on how to change your payment options. Post back if this isn't the solution

    This has been an issue since they changed from MS points to currency, but Microsoft aren't doing a single thing about it.

    Maybe they will? I know it probably takes a lot of time and effort. I'm no expert on that. I mean when I get those two free games for game xbox one through xbox.com.. The purchase looks like when you are redeeming a code. So doesn't show your credit card
    or any other information.

    Hi MrKrabs221, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regards to your concern.

    I apologize but there is no option to undo a Gamertag change, once you have already changed it the succeeding changes will require payment.

    Unable to use prepaid card credits on xbox.com

    Usually there is an option to change payment in the right side of the box when you click buy now for xbox. The confirmation box will appear and you will see your credit card as a payment option and to the right of that there is the word "change" highlighted
    in green, click that and it should pull up your payment options, I.e. credits. Oh and u can use Microsoft credits on xbox.com.
