I'm just wondering where the code is. I've waited 10 buisness days and still haven't gotten anything. I had it confirmed that the code comes 7-10 days after purchase not release.

I pre ordered dark souls 3 on February 17th. I am aware that pre ordering this game digitally came with a code for the dark souls backwards compatible game. It has been thirteen days and still no code.

I am going to assume you ordered DS3 through the xbox one store on the console? If so the code normally comes in a message from Xbox live on the console. Now if this is what you have been checking also check your email account you use for your Gamertag.

But if you haven't gotten it from either of these sources then it could be that they are behind but if I was you I would call Xbox Support. Not much anyone will be able to do for you on the forums at this point sorry to say.

I'm still waiting for my code as well. I've a feeling that they won't be able to issue codes until the game is actually added to backwards compatibility so it could be awhile. Seems to me they've promised a code they can't deliver in the time stated in order
to attract digital pre orders

Yea looking into it some and what bulletMagnet693 said seems accurate. The game is not available for backwards compatibility yet so they can't give codes to a game that doesn't exist in the store yet. : /

Hi I ordered dark souls 3 on the store it said that I get dark souls 1 for free with in 7-10 days. I orderEd the game on the 17th of February and as of yet...still haven't received the code and it's the 2nd or March. .

Any information would be nice as to pre order it costs a lot of money

I pre-ordered my dark souls 3 digital copy on the 25th February. And yet today I still don't have my dark souls 1 code. After countless calls tp Microsoft and Xbox live support I'm getting absolutely no help and no answers and I'm sick of it. I simply want
