I didn''t want my reward to go on another account and I NEVER entered the code for it, FIX IT.

Here is the answer you sent and the prematurely LOCKED THE POST.

We see that this token was redeemed on your alternate account."

I did not enter or authorize the reward to go to that account and that's not where it was supposed to go. That is my roommate's account. Please put the reward on the account where it is listed as in the link I provided. I repeat I never entered
that code for the account it went to.

I have a code that I earned with the Freedom rewards program that says it has been redeemed but I did'nt redeem it yet.

I saved a copy of the page it came on to my account. I DID NOT REDEEM IT. I earned it on 2/20/17 from the freedom rewards program on Xlive.



I had an online support chat w/Microsoft And they said they would be sending a report to you also. They said you would give me another code.

I have meet al the levels for the rewards but i didn´t see it. Only have the phase 2 rewards point pending in my account. Is there any issue with it?

i saw somewhere on the forums a way to fix it but it didn,t helped me.

you had to go to markrtplace on your pc,laptop whatever and download something to your xbox.

they said it should work but it didn,t
