    i didn't recieve the 10 loot boxes of Overwatch: Game Of The Year Edition


    Hello, I bought the game (physical media) and used the code for the 10 loot boxes. The purchase appears for me at Sign in to your Microsoft account, but nothing
    appears to download at the "manage game" window on Xbox One and I don't know how to get them.

    Could someone help me, please?

    I just bought the game of the year edition but i didn't recieve the 10 loot boxes also in my games it shows as Origins Edition. What did I do wrong.

    I forgot to say one thing: even if my game is the Game of The Year Edition, the Xbox shows me the game like Origins Edition, and I think it's wrong. What I should do in this case? The game is genuine.

    I got the 5 Origin skins but I don't have any other Blizzard games so I can't check to see if I got those rewards but the 10 loot boxes are missing

    In-game unlocks for loot boxes are done on Blizzard's side of things. If you purchased the Game of the Year Edition you should receive automatic access to those loot boxes. As you mentioned, the 10 free loot boxes aren't part of an add-on, which would be
    on our side of things. Be sure to provide proof of purchase to Blizzard support and let them know that we sent you to them with this information. Please keep us looped in with what they say.

    Blizzard Support. In-game unlocks such as loot boxes aren't something we can assist with on our end. Thanks for your understanding and patience with this.

    If you visit your DLC for the game under the "Manage" game option under Games & Apps, do you see all extra content as downloaded?
