I didnt receive what i want in fortnite

Hello yesterday i bought vbucks on fortnite but i didnt receive anything, but they charged me in my bank account, i dont know what to do help, i need my money back or the vbucks

I can see the purchase, already do the power thing, but i cant contact the support theres no option to contact for, and i need my money or my vbucks

If yes, please try to perform a hard reset/power cycle your Xbox One and check if you see the V-Bucks in Fortnite after that: https://support.xbox.com/xbox-one/console/power-cycle-console

If they still don't show up after that you would have to reach out to Xbox Support in order to let them have a look at your account: https://support.xbox.com/contact-us
