    I am from japan ,regarding to the promotion of mskk I should get 6 months code if I buy the console before the end of this year.But by now I didn't receive the code yet pls double check and keep me posted

    Each time i try to buy goldmembership it gives me that message. ive had it that way for 6 months now and now im tired of it. how the heck can i play with my friends when that happens every single time i try.

    I have the same issue. Subscribed for 6 months on the 23 of May and still nothing. Didn't receive anything!!!

    Great, thanks for that. On the web page it does say that the code would be sent 4 weeks after the you logged in to the Xbox One console so you do seem to be past that point. It also says that the code would be sent via your gamertag's messages on the console.

    Near the bottom of the page is a Contact Us link. Give that a click or dial the number I provided to speak with support for more help on this.
