I didn't receive MyVip rank

Hi,

I have two question need help.

1. I've pre-order Gears of war 4 on Sep. 21th, but I didn't receive "MyVIP Star Rank 3 (Gold) - Credits (September)".

2. I've pre-order call of duty: Infinite Warfare digital legacy edition on Oct. 11th, but MyStar rank is still the same.

Before I pre-order COD, it show only $2156(It's New Taiwan dollars, not USD$) away from leveling up.

And now it still show the same message.

After buying COD: Infinite Warfare, It should be 4 star VIP.

Deposited 12,898 credits on 3/14 but MyVIP rank did not go up

As the title says, I deposited over 12,000 credits but MyVIP rank did not increase at all. I am about to cross over to rank 4 so it should have at least moved the bar to there. I know the MyVIP rank isn't leaving so not sure why my points didn't properly
adjust my rank.

Hi Org1nizdGeneral. In order to receive payback for purchases, you must first unlock a MyVIP Star rank. Once you unlock a Star rank, you'll earn a certain percentage back on qualifying purchases. To learn more about the MyVIP program, visit our FAQ:

1. Since there was an offer for Gears 4 in September, your purchase would have counted towards that offer and not your VIP rebate.

2. Preorders are not eligible for VIP (there was a special offer in September). So that purchase would not have counted towards your progress.

Pre-orders are not eligible for MyVIP. While there was a special offer in September that allowed pre-orders for MyVIP, your pre-order was instead Rewarded by the Gears of War offer that was running at the time. Since purchases can only be Rewarded once,
you did not receive VIP payback that month as well. Since pre-orders do not qualify for MyVIP, you did not receive progress for your Call of Duty purchase, but you did get a punch on the Games on Demand punchcard.
