    I didn’t receive my rewards


    i have completed my quest for my Xbox Live rewards for January and February and didn’t receive anyting until now what’s the problem?

    Didn’t Receive my reward

    Prizes from quests are sent within 4 weeks of the promotion ended. Since the promotion ends at the end of November, it would be too early for prizes to go out. If you don't receive the prize by the end of December, you'll need to post in the sales and promotions
    forum.

    Hey ISSAASSI 69! Did you log in to the mobile app 3 days in January? Did you earn the 5 achievements? Additionally, are you physically located in the same location as your set region? Post back and let us know!
